Alongside Balance Doug runs a 1:1 practice.
“I specialise in providing exercise solutions for painful joint problems and functional training programs to prevent future ones.
The 1:1 sessions consist of motor control exercises, Joint stability exercises, specific stretches combined with massage techniques. The focus is on education and empowering individuals to take control of their problems”.
Appointments can be made Monday – Friday from 9am and are currently via Zoom.
